The hiring process seemed fine but had been told by not only the recruiting and hiring managers that they hadn’t hired outside of their team for a while and are very cautious. It already built a wall up and so I knew I had to try and break that down but in each interview after that, with 4 other people. They all mentioned that they hadn’t hired outside of their own team for a while and are very cautious about who they hire. It made me feel as if they didn’t really want to hire someone but they needed the help. It didn’t make me feel like I was going to be part of that team really and would have a hell of a time proving myself worthy. I decided to not continue further with any additional steps after the panel interviews. This was a couple of years ago now but still think about to this day.
