Three separate interviews with individuals, never in a panel. The questions I was asked were relatively easy, a signal that the interviewers weren't all that prepared and that they didn't coordinate what to ask and who would dive into individual subjects. I'd argue PayPal has a big opportunity to raise the difficulty and quality of their interview process to truly identify top talent. Such ideas they could implement include a panel interview followed by individual interviews and a case study.
