My experience interviewing with Parallel was awful. From cancelling and postponing scheduled meetings at the last minute, multiple times; to failing to follow up and inform me what the next steps were, everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. After my first round finally happened following two postponements , I was told I'd have a second round that would include a white boarding exercise. I waited for 10 days to hear back, and was only told it wouldn't be happening because they weren't moving ahead with my application, after I sent two mails, enquiring about the status. It is okay to reject candidates, but it isn't okay to mislead people, and waster their time. It's not too much to ask to expect a little bit of courtesy. One would only hope they treat their employees better.
