There were two interviews, a personality test, and a technical writing test. The first interview was very good, and the technical interview was interesting with some tricky questions, but overall the hiring process was great.

I would say if you get accepted after the first too, You are mostly getting the job.
It takes around 2 weeks to finish the whole process
