It's a 4 step hiring process. Everything is done remotely which I absolutely loved because it saves so much time on commuting. The first step is a screening call. once you pass that you will have an interview with your team leader and a senior ELearning designer. Then you will get an assignment to show off your skills. If you pass that stage then you will have another final interview with the whole team. If they like you, you will then receive an offer.
The process is very professional and respectful.
