Entrevista
The interview process included several stages. First, I had a technical interview where I was asked coding and problem-solving questions. After that, I had an interview with HR to discuss my background and motivation. Finally, I had an interview with the CTO.
The company seems very disorganized in general.
After the first interview which went well, a home assignment was given which was actual work for 2-3 full days. The assignment was delivered and after a week of waiting for it to be reviewed the team's head didn't have time to check it and delegated the review to one of their team members. The team member had trouble with checking the assignment due to their inexperience so i helped them through email and never got a response back, quite rude.
After another week of waiting i got a very minimal one-sentence generic feedback about the assignment which sounded like they didn't really check anything. The overall process gave the impression of a messy and disorganized environment.
Phone interview first with the team leader. Then a frontal interview with two team leaders. They asked questions about javascript, css, react etc. Nice offices, young environment with nice views.
