The interview process was the quickest, most organized and well-communicated one I’ve ever had, with clearly defined next steps. There were a total of 3 interviews- the recruiter, manager, and SVP.

Entrevista
Hiring manager asked basic questions starting with the usual opening question of tell me about yourself and basics on sales closing experience and familiarity with the LTK brand and the LTK buyers.
Pretty standard phone screening but the recruiter seemed very overwhelmed and stressed out during the process of the video call. I appreciated the transparency in the comp structure and benefits plan. They explained well the responsibilities of the role and what they were looking for.
