Lengthy. Met with many of the team members over the course of several weeks. Was not offered the position, but was told they really liked me so I was referred to another team for different role. A couple of more enthusiastic and seemingly promising conversations after this, everyone went silent. No one responded to my emails or questions...even after several managers told me "I was their girl". Definitely a super disappointing experience from a company I held in a high, professional regard. I wanted them to be better.
