Initially, the interview process was going well. I applied online. Two weeks later, they reached out for an interview. I had one interview with a screener and then a group interview with the team I would be working with. Everyone was very kind and scheduled things in a timely manner. But then they ghosted me. It's been 5 weeks since my interview and the job posting has been removed from the site but I still haven't heard anything from them. This seems to be the norm in this market, but I expected a company with the tagline "We Help Companies Hire Better!" to be more on top of things. Overall, it's far from the worst experience I've had, but it was still disappointing to be ghosted after speaking with 4 members of the company.
