I applied through their website and received an email to coordinate a phone call interview. The interview itself happened about a week later after some back and forth emails with the interviewer. I'd expected someone from HR would do the initial phone screening but to my surprise the interviewer was an engineer. He seemed impressed by my open source projects and looked interested in hiring me, but disliked the fact that I'm still in college. I believe this disqualified me for the job. I wasn't contacted again to proceed further with the interview process.
Gave me an exercise to do at my home, i spent 4 days doing it, I sent him the exercise and I never heard from them again, not even a comment about the exercise

Entrevista
Pocos beneficios y sin home office (lo cual me parece super atrasado para este siglo). Pasé la entrevista pero no me gustó la onda de la empresa.. Me dejó la impresión de que no piensan mucho en el bienestar de los empleados y de que son poco flexibles
