Unorganised. I applied on LinkedIn and (after 2 weeks) got an invitation for a 1hr interview with a directory at the company. There was no preamble, HR call before hand, discussion about the role or salary, job description, or any details at all on what to expect in the interview - just a calendar invite and the job advert on LinkedIn. The interview then was unorganised. The interviewer opened a virtual whiteboard after quick introductions for me to draw + annotate my answers, I felt like I was getting interrupted and I wasn't given proper time to answer a question or draw much before the interviewer moved on to something unrelated. Got rejected with a default / generic email and no feedback. Requested feedback, heard nothing back.

The recruitment experience was excellent. I knew what was expected at each stage, and all that was asked of me was to be myself. I didn’t feel I had to do any unnecessary or irrelevant preparations. They mainly focused on what I’ve done and what I know. Everyone was very kind, accessible, and didn’t make me wait. Additionally, they were understanding about the workload I had at my previous job, respected my need to tie up loose ends there, and gave me all the time I needed to transition smoothly and start the new job on a good note.
