1) Phone Screen 2) Technical Questions/Interviews 3) Director Interview. Don't bother. If the Director doesn't like you the rest of the interview is pointless. The feedback I received was rubbish, extremely subjective and nothing but justification for the Director's decision.

Applied online on 9/20.
Had a call with the recruiter the following week, where she said that she'd submit me to the hiring manager and I should hear back in a couple days. Got no news for a week, so followed up via email and was told the manager was out of town, but I should hear something soon.
Never heard anything, so emailed again the following week, and again the week after that, each time with no response.
Like the other reviews below indicate, it seems the recruiters have a habit of just ghosting on the process.
