Simple interview process just basic questions about spreadsheet softwares, education and google suite. No complex questions. Adequate training is given at the time of joining. There are 2 rounds of interview first will be taken by the company HR and then if you qualify for the second. The second round will be taken by the owner of the company.

The test is conducted with both camera and microphone activated, making it challenging to cheat. HR Interview: In this round, an HR representative will ask questions about your personality, such as your strengths, weaknesses, and other personal attributes. Founder Interview: This is the most challenging round. The founder will ask a variety of questions, ranging from technical aspects to personal characteristics. My founder interview lasted for approximately 50-60 minutes, covering a wide range of topics.
