The initial recruiter screen was pleasant and normal. However, they don't put you in front of anyone you'd work with until you've already invested significant time. Their first round is a technical leet-code style coding interview which they outsource to a third party. As a candidate, I want to meet the hiring manager early on because I am interviewing them too. And the fact that you're not being assessed by someone at the company itself is beyond weird. I withdrew.
