Entrevista
First I was contacted for a post in another city as the recruiter found my profile on LinkedIn. On the email, the recruiter posted some links of possible vacancies that he thought would be suitable to my background. I replied and told him that I am interested in one of the two jobs and sent my CV for his review. Next email, the recruiter asked me to describer my major achievements and what i feel towards relocation. It took me a while to reply but when I replied I gave a thorough answer. I didnt get any feedback on this email. A few weeks later, another recruiter contacted me and said she got referral from her colleague. I was asked to send my resume, and we scheduled a phone interview. It took around 30 mins and the questions were mainly about my background. The day after I received an invitation for a Language test (as it's not an english speaking job, nor something of my native language). The test is conducted online and took about 60-90 mins.

Entrevista
I applied through Google's website back in November and quickly got a response from a woman at HR. However, when she found out about me still having quite some time to graduation, she told me that they would get back to me. In January, another HR person contacted me and scheduled two phone interviews in the coming weeks. These interviews where very elemental and all about me introducing myself and having a chat with the interviewers. I got a very fast response (the same day) that I had passed and was then invited to the HQ in Dublin. In Dublin, I had two interviews - one with two of my potential peers and one with my potential team leader. The first one focused on leadership experience and how I would function socially within the company, these interviewers were very friendly and the whole interview was pleasant. The second interview contained some basic case questions, nothing revolutionary, and focused on my analytical skills in a more structured manner than the previous interview.
A couple of days after the interview, the HR person contacted me and told me that I passed tha round as well. The final step consisted of me writing down all achievements this far in my life in order for my application to be passed around at some of Google's global offices for approval. Here, I had to wait for almost a month before I eventually received the offer.
