There are five steps, including an initial call with a recruiter. Then, there are three continuous 45-minute interviews: Behavior, Networking, and Hardware. These were not very difficult. The most important step is the final Fit call with the hiring manager. The final decision depends on how well you perform in that interview.

I had a brief screening interview over Google meet. Initial invitation was sent to wrong recruiter, rescheduled to meet with correct recruiter later in the week. They had me fill out a pre-screening form that they then used as a template for much of the interview. The recruiter was new so 3 people sat in with her, they had all of us turn our cameras off which was a little odd. Pretty average interview questions, but I was surprised about how disorganized and unprepared the Google team was. I was told I would receive a response that week either way about next steps, and I haven't heard anything after a month. I received another offer so I did not feel a need to follow up, as they were also disorganized and unprepared.

1 Phone screening, a week later was contacted to move forward with technical interviews which took place 4 weeks later. 2 technical interviews with 1 "Googliness" personality interview. A week later followed up by scheduling the fit call, and then post fit call and review analysis, received an offer call and letter. Totaling up to 9 weeks of interviews/patiently waiting. The recruiter was very helpful and always answered any questions I had.
it was fun and a bit hard to answer technical question since i am just a junior student looking for a opportunity. but at least i have got the experience to chat with the hr in this huge and great company.
