First, there was a 30-minute HR screen, followed by a scheduled technical interview. However, the process turned out to be disorganized. The interviewer did not show up for the technical interview, and it took another week to reschedule. No one provided an explanation for the incident; they simply informed me that the interview would be rescheduled.
It was all good, the interviewer was very nice. Technical questions were a bit challenging but overall it was good. The hiring manager was looking for some hands on experience
