I recently interviewed for a position at Google and unfortunately, the experience left me feeling disrespected and disappointed. Unprofessional Start: The interviewer arrived late for the interview, then made a comment about disliking interviews on Mondays, which created an unprofessional atmosphere. Self-Centered Approach: Instead of starting the interview by getting to know me, the interviewer launched into a monologue. Skipping Steps: Following the monologue, the interviewer jumped straight into a list of questions without even asking who I was or what drew me to the position. This impersonal approach made it difficult to showcase my skills and experience in a relevant way. Overall Impression: The entire interview felt rushed and disorganized. The lack of punctuality, negative attitude, and self-centered approach created a negative impression of the company culture.

Got reached out to by a recruiter. Passed the screening call last week. rd1 interview is coming up this week (11 days after). Apparently only 2 rds of interviews this process. Though the 2nd interview consists of 2 45min interviews in one.
