easy enough but screening process was asked initially by people who do not know what they are talking about. Current trends of analyzing resumes with AI works ok for some but others not.
The interview process was straightforward and professional. It began with a recruiter screening focused on my background, interest in the Business Analyst role, and general fit. The conversation then moved into my analytical experience, communication style, and how I approach ambiguous business problems.
Interview process is dumb. Honestly not worth the hype. Was done over the phone and the interviewer wasn’t even that friendly. I’m sure it’s a great fit for some people but I need something with more of a focused vision.
