First there was a brief and perfunctory screening by a recruiter. Then a Hangout interview with a team member. The next step would have been an onsite interview, but I never got that far.
During the Hangout interview, we went through a number of preset questions and little tasks and cases that I'm sure every applicant has to answer. I work better when I just get to talk freely about my experiences and interest in the company, and letting the conversation flow organically, rather than fitting a question grid. It definitely would have helped to prepare more answers for "Tell me about a time when you ..."-type questions.

it was not as bad as you would think actually pretty fast and smooth. the team was reactive, the case study interesting, the response delay pretty fast so overall good experience, i recommand to apply

Great interview, but unfortunately the process was cut short due to budget cuts and the role being absorbed. So many great resources to prep for these interviews online! Highly recommend applying and studying for the interviews/interview style if you’re able to get to an interview round.

There were a lot of culture-based questions in my initial interview about what it means to be a “Googler”
It was very easy and the interviewers were nice people although sometimes I wish they could listen better and stop smoking their vape pens. They were clear about the process and the expectations.
