I applied for the position on Google's website and got a call about 10 days later by a Google recruiter. After an initial phone screen, we decided to move on and I was invited for three on-site interviews in Dublin. With preparation, its very easy to master these. After a week I received a call by the recruiter that the team wants to hire me, but did not get the headcount approved. This is the worst experience I had with a company I was interviewing with. How can you invite people to interviews without having headcount?

5 interviews over the course of a few weeks, last interview was with the director of the org. This was in 2016, so they were asking questions that weren't as pertinent to the role at that time.

Very short process. I only had three interviews: one with a Talent Partner, one with a strategist and another with a manager. They asked me about my background and interest in the role. They also asked situational questions like what I do if X happened as a strategist or if client Y with this background needed your advertising advice what would you recommend.

It was one of the best interview processes ever. The recruiter was quite clear. She explained everything in the beginning so I had a transparent process.
The process took around 5 weeks to finalize. Whenever I e-mailed them I received an answer within at least 2 days.
