Entrevista
I worked for AMEX for 5 years. The initial interview was a series of tests and then a one-on-one interview. Most other interviews I have been on with the company were panel interviews. One time I had a round robin interview. (I think that is what it is called.) If you are going for a basic customer service position, I would assume you would have a one-on-one interview. All other positions, expect a panel.
AMEX employee development emphasises the S.T.A.R. method of interviewing. Basically they want Situation, Action, Outcome (result).
Interviews are usually 4-5 questions.
Really hard, took a long time to get an interview. The manager was really nice although I did not get the job. Ask about experience and why you fit the role
Disorganize, I never felt welcomed and at ease. I declined the offer because of the vagueness of the role. It was not properly discussed and it seems like the recruiter does not understand everything about the role and the company.
