Weird. First round phone interview is surprisingly easy. Then invited to on site interviews. But, three of the five scheduled interviewers decided not to show up in person, so the interviews were done via video conferencing. What's the point of having me on-site then? Four rounds of applied statistics, one round of behavioral.
It was all good, the interviewer was very nice. Technical questions were a bit challenging but overall it was good. The hiring manager was looking for some hands on experience
