Initial round with the Recruiter followed by a 45 minute Hangouts video interview. Then 3 interviews onsite and finally a cross functional 45 minute hangout interview. There is not a lot to prepare but I would read about recent industry trends. They want to see your thought process more than anything. Read the 10k document for Google.

1 behavioral/screening and 3 technical rounds. All my interviewers were extremely pleasant and I felt it was well paced to answer, elaborate, and talk through your thoughts. They left ample time for you to ask questions and figure out if the team is a good fit. The interview questions were relevant to the company and job description and they prepare you well in advance. Very positive experience overall.

Entrevista
I was referred to this position by a Google employee. Got email from recruiter on the same day to set up some time for chat.
Recruiter questions- Why Google, why leaving present company, which is your favorite Google product and why, Google revenue model
Recruiter told on the call that she will forward my resume to Hiring Manager and set up some time for next round.
Hiring Manger - Asked in detail about various processes and risk in each step and controls , gave few scenario based question for risk assessment and control recommendation, asked my view on top 5 risk to Google, security and privacy elated questions. Got email from recruiter on next day for onsite interview.
Onsite interview - Had 3 interviews with panel of 2 person in each interview. They went in details of different processes and scenarios. They kept on asking more and more till you have no more points to give. They covered general ledger processes to detailed IT processes.
