The process started with an email and brief phone call with recruiter to establish contact. Next was the technical phone interview which was tough but fair. The interviewer asked basic questions relevant to the position. The interview was more like a discussion rather than a question and response interview. Overall it was enjoyable.

Three interview rounds, one with a recruiter, second was a presentation and third was an all day in person interview working on a project they assign when you get there. Fairly straight forward nothing crazy.
