communication skills like language and clear pronunciation were compulsory
interview was not based upon qualification rather was based on talent and hard work
advice will be : work hard and be loyal

Very proffessional - it takes many steps to get into the company. So be ambitous and aware you have many competitors. It is an amazing opportunty. The proccess takes a long time though...
