Entrevista
I was referred by an employee, which made the process easier, but not necessarily quicker. From the moment the application was accepted to my first telephone interview more than a month passed. The interview was very basic, the HR lady asked some very simple questions regarding my CV and my background, then described the role and their expectations. I was told I would be contacted with further details, but I had to chase them when after two weeks there was no response.
I was told I would be interviewed by a panel, but instead got a single 1-2-1 interview, which in itself wasn't terribly difficult, but slightly uncomfortable as the interviewer was unhelpful and didn't engage at all.
After that I waited a week for feedback which was a mixed bag - some positives, some areas where apparently I had less experience than others. Not surprisingly, no offer.
Très clair et fluide, j’ai beaucoup apprécié la transparence. Exigeant et rigoureux je recommande cet environnement. Les questions sont en raccord avec le poste proposé. Je suis satisfait du premier entretien

It was ok, not too bad and quick. Interviewer asked all the right questions. Did not feel like a good fit there and decided not to pursue further. Will not be applying again
