Vigorous interview process, unfortunately I didn’t get the job due to relocation issues on my part but over all it wasn’t a bad experience. I’ve always heard google is a great company to work for and you could honestly feel that just through the interview process.

Interview process is structured and challenging. Questions focus on problem solving, behavioral fit, and communication. Interviewers are professional. Preparation is key, competition is intense, but overall a positive experience.

Job board posting. Team performed an initial phone screen. Had a mix of qualitative and technical interviews. Thereafter, I was invited on campus for additional interviews before an offer decision was made.
