The interview is for a s/w engineer early career role, I had 4 interviews in 1 day with 3 of them being coding interviws 45 min each and the last one was a behavioral interview

I was asked a technical coding question over the phone and i had to solve it with an engineer. i think i answered the question correctly but still failed the interview.
