I was contacted asking if I wanted to lead a team of young developers. I replied in the affirmative and they made an appointment about a week later and I had a good interview on the phone with someone from HR. I sent my CV and portfolio links and stated that it would take a few weeks to get ready to move overseas. I am in the 4th week and haven't heard back. I probably shouldn't have refused a few contracts that would take a month or two to finish in anticipation of having to move and not having the time and subsequently breaching the contracts.

Had a couple of interviews. Nothing crazy. They mostly tried selling me the role and assessing if my reputation made sense. Overall quite easy.
At some point in the process there was a task to complete at my own time and submit. Wasn't really a topic later on except for nothing to complain.
