At the beginning of February, I was contacted by a recruiting manager at Goodgame Studios via LinkedIn, after I had been recommended by my former team leader.
A week later, We had a general phone conversation about past work experience, projects, duties, willingness to relocate and earliest possible starting date.
A week late, I was asked to send my CV, portfolio and university certificate and after that to take an online test with questions related to the position. The test was limited up to 2 hours.
The first half of March, there was a skype detailed interview, that took about 25 minutes, with an HR representative and a senior developer. The whole interview was about previous work experience, technologies, interesting tasks and decisions, and about projects I had been involved. There were no tricky questions, everything went smoothly and in a very professional way.
The next week, I got an email with a job offer that suited me in all directions.
