The whole interview took around 5 hours, quite long but honestly a great experience. It didn’t feel stressful or pressured at all. More like a peer-to-peer talk, just getting to know each other and understanding the company’s culture and working style. They really took time to explain how things work there — from workflow, team setup, until the overall environment. Felt more like a conversation than an interview, so can be yourself and just talk naturally.
