Quick call w recruiter, then two rounds with the hiring manager followed by interviews with a peer and the VP of sales. Main portion consisted of a mock discovery call to show your level of competence and how well you understand the product (high level) website and case studies)

Mostly work experience, but the manager dug deeper than most interviewers to get more than just the standard canned responses to basic interview questions.
Spoke with a recruiter that went over details about the job, why fastspring, and asked questions about my experience. From there met with the director and sales manager. Went very in depth about work experience and what motivates me. All in all, great experience!

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth and quick - multiple rounds where I met my future managers and colleagues. Everyone was friendly and transparent about the companies successes, culture and challenges.
