A really smooth process. First stage was an initial chat with recruitment, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. Following that second round interviews were conducted, of which there were two. Coordinating scheduling the interviews was a breeze, and worked around my schedule and availability. Two days after the final second interview I was given the offer. Questions were behavioural based, and I was given plenty of time to ask the interviewers questions too.
Very long interview process, 7 different interviews over a few weeks
Great to get a view of the company and the team

They use the STAR method for interviewing

Multi interviews. Some with 2 people. Very STAR focused. Sometimes you’ll get the themes of the interview ahead of time. Other times you won’t. People are almost always super friendly.

The recruiter (Meg) was extremely professional and followed up quickly on all emails. Very positive experience with Expedia and I will keep trying to get a job with this organization.
