I submitted an application online and was contacted by HR a few days later. I then went through a basic phone interview with HR before being scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager a week later. After interviewing with the hiring manager, I was invited in to go through another series of interviews. The in person interview experience consisted of more industry specific questions but nothing too in depth. I got the feeling they were looking to see what personality and intelligence I had rather than actual experience. After my in person interview with 3 members of the team, I had one final phone interview with a team member based in a different market before being offered the job.

Phone Screen: lasted around 15 minutes or less; very casual questions, more like a conversation about my previous jobs and experience, the Talent Acquisition person was very friendly during the call. She said she would contact me at the end of the week with the next steps because I fit the position perfectly and have not heard from her since (it's been 2 weeks). I sent her an email and direct message (which I am sure she saw) and she never replied. I just think it is not very professional to assure someone you are going to contact them and then never contact them back.
