Three steps - Digital video interview seeing your fit into the position. Second, video conference with area manager determinating behavior towards a variety of situations. Third, video conference with hiring manager discussing role more in-depth, team fit, etc. The last step would be a follow up with recruiters with an offer. Very firm on salary. The first stage was a hirevue interview with basic questions like why do you want to join Expedia, when was a time you struggled, introductions, and etc. it took about fifteen minutes to finish the video interview and it also included a few questions about availability
