6 weeks of Interviews and Assessments. For the final presentation they allow you to meet with a CSM for feedback. The CSM joined a call, was not prepped at all and didn't know the assignment. They then told me the assignment was in a good spot and told me to remove thing they call "red herrings" During the presentation which had 15 people on it - the VP spent most of their time on their phone barely paying attention. I did not get the job. Getting feedback as to why was like pulling teeth (after 6 weeks) and was told that my presentation didn't address all scenarios (after being told to remove them!). Just bizarre.

I first spoke with a recruiter, and he gave me background information on the role and what the team was looking for. I then had 2 separate conversations with one of the team leads, another call with a different team lead, a call with another CSM, and finally a call with the VP. Everyone was kind and informative, and the recruiter was very communicative throughout the process.
