Didn’t pass the phone screening despite being a good fit for the role. Recruiter only asked me one question about my experience and didn’t answer of my follow-up emails. Not sure if this experience is indicative of company culture or just the recruiter I dealt with. Just as well as I would have had ethical reservations working for this organization.
