El proceso duró 8 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Deloitte (Burlington, ON) en dic 2010
Entrevista
1. Applied on website
2. Recieved email from Recruiter in Alberta regarding job in Burlington, ON
3. Informational interview with recruiter over the phone
4. Behavioural interview with same recruiter over the phone at a later date
5. In person interview with Senior Manager in Burlington
6. No offer
Several issues regarding Deloitte's recruitment process were unfair and unprofessional. The recruiter had to ask an HR rep in Toronto to contact me to ask when she could call me back for a behavioural interview to be done from Alberta over the phone. Recruiter and HR rep failed to follow up and keep contact for weeks at a time despite numerous requests for an update. Interview with hiring manager was rescheduled and cancelled several times and delayed for weeks. HR rep set up a behavioural and case interview, after travelling for 3hrs to get to the location, the hiring manager bragged about his credentials and reputation for 30mins, talked about the job for 20mins and asked me several discriminatory and disrespectful questions pertaining to ethnic, religious and place of origin, and then closed the interview. Recieved an email about 2 days later saying I did not 'fit' . The hiring manager did not even conduct a behavioural inteview or case, but instead rambled on about totally unrelated points. End result and my suspicion which was confirmed was that they were just doing the interview for fun and had already made up their mind prior to my even coming in for an interview. As well, the recruiter never followed up on a request for feedback or further information. Non-GTA Deloitte offices have almost no visible minorities and are coupled with prejudice and racist managers.
End Result: I would not suggest this to be the first choice for new graduates or even experienced candidates. Better opportunities available elsewhere and the salary is quite low.

4 stage interview
1. HR recruiter - questions about motivation, current role, expectations etc
2. Case study - Timed case study online (3 hrs) which you can do at anytime and are expected to present at an interview with a manager.
3. Director interview - 30 minute interview to determine if you are a good fit for the role
4. Partner interview - which I thought was similar to the Director interview and a bit redundant, but it seems they just needed to "OK" me as potential hire.
I applied on the 31st of the Month and had my first interview with HR about 4 days after. Took 4 months to go from application to Final interview. In between, I think scheduling and response rate was not top notch, however it was said to be due to limited availability on the partner's schedule. I think Deloitte is a great place to work and hope it proves me right.

I got a call from the recruiter. Moving from recruiter to behavioural to case study to partner round took 6 months. Finally after the partner round (which I thought went well) the recruitment team, partner etc. didn’t get back to me for three whole weeks. Every email I shot to them asking for status of my application was met with silence. They’re still ghosting me. This is the worst interview experience I have ever had, hands down.
