Whole process is ok except the background check done by third party. Deloitte informed me that I selected in final partner interview even. But delay and negligence of that third party background checking company I could not get this offer. All my referees have given positive feedback within 1st two three days of background check. However, they didn’t report it to Deloitte. Although I provided all my overseas employers mobile numbers, office numbers, and office email addresses Sterling Risq (third party service provider) did not contact them until five weeks gone. When I contacting Sterling Risq they provided generic answer continuously. Finally I could not take this offer as negligence and delay of Sterling Risq. I wonder why world recognised firm like Deloitte has chosen this type of Grocery shop like Sterling Risq for doing their background check as a final step of recruitment process. Totally disappointed about their third party’s service regarding overseas employment verification.

HR screening call, 3 technical round (Manager, Senior Manager, and Director), 1 HR round, 1 English competency round but this was back in 2021. All virtual. No major curveballs, managers would ask questions from the resume but senior manager and director rounds were not particularly based on resume.

Entrevista
The interview has 2 technical round and one HR round followed by an online proctored VERSANT test. If all these levels are passed, you get a partner/manager round call. Technical round are moderate if you have good grip in Financial reporting and auditing. Try to link audit procedures with assertions while preparation. HR round is casual but should be professional in approach. VERSANT test requires good English proficiency in Reading, Speaking, Typing and Analysing

Entrevista
It was good experience. The interviewer was friendly and did not grind much. Questions were good strictly based on the job profile. It took about 30 mins for the interview.
