At start I was interviewed by HR specialist and been asked for expected salary. They didn't say a word about that I asked too much and testing step was appointed. After I've complete this test with 90% (this is actual result showed after test) result technical interview was appointed. I can't say that I did perfectly this step, but I've made approximately 85%. As result of all of this I've got rejected because they can't pay that money. So why then they made me pass through test and interview... If you're searching for job with average salaries this is not where you'll find it :)
