They made an interview to me. Some very weird questions but fine overall. I never heard back from them. 3 months later, the recruiter whose name starts my Y, sent a private message on linkedin, saying that they where very interested in my profile. I explain to her the bad experience i had with them and she said will not happen again, so i decided to get interviewed again In this new interview looks like they didnt even know who i was, so good for me Very similar interview with weird questions. I never heard them back, but this time i messaged to Y on linkedin. She didnt even reply Shame

Team lead contacted me on Linkedin for a position of a PHP developer to their London office. 1. Skype call In a couple of days, we had a Skype interview. It was a general discussion about what I've been doing so far including the standard question "What is the thing/project you've done that you are proud of". 2. Face-to-face: Technical part Next week it was a face-to-face interview in their office. There was an example technical project that they used as a ginny pig: - I had to explain what I see - How I would add another feature - Identify "bad smelling" parts and what can be done to improve them. There were other questions about: - High load - A couple of question about MySQL joins, selects, blocking/non-blocking transactions - Query commits/rollback - DB performance 3. Face-to-face: CTO It was a question-answer conversation. Most of the questions from CTO to me were about my motivation and salary desire. 4. Response I've got an answer the next day - NO. The official reason for that was due to the lack (or I would say formal lack) of the experience with frameworks (Laravel or Symphony). Overall I have neutral feelings about the whole process.
