Entrevista
There's a phone screening interview which takes about 10-15 mins. Just do a simple introduction and answer simple questions such as do you know the job scope? They will also explain more about the details of the job. After phone interview, there will be a group assessment.
There are about 10 people who came for the group assessment. Each of us is suppose to introduce ourselves to one another in a meeting room. The team leads will show a presentation about Booking.com. A simple fun quiz. After the quiz, we had to do online test in English and also the language you applied for. Each language test will take about 10 mins. After completing the test they bring us to the pantry. Those who failed the online test were asked to leave and those who passed the test will proceed to do a phone test in the language you applied for.
After the phone test will the team lead. We will have to wait for an individual interview with the team lead and HR. They ask a lot of questions about my previous job.

Disrespectful interview process. After passing the language test online, I was invited to an interview. When the time for the interview came, the first thing that the recruiter told me was that the position had already been filled and they wouldn't be conducting an interview, but they would take my details down for future opportunities. I had spent a great deal of time preparing for the interview and it wouldn't have been difficult for them to send an email or voicemail to let me know in advance that the position had already been filled. I found it extremely disrespectful. There is no need to be so blasé about how you treat people. I don't think they stopped for one minute to think about the time investment I had made for that interview. If that is how they treat interviewees then I would be very wary of how they treat their employees.

the interview process starts with a phone interview that lasts about 30 mins, informal to get to know you but make sure to make an impression, do your research on the company. then an in person panel interview + tour of the facility. they will also give you an assignment which you have to pass, and depending on what language you speak, an assignment to make sure you're fluent as well. whole process took a pretty long time, about a month.

The interview process started with a short phone call about 30 min in order to get to know about my interest in the position and I got an invitation for the onsite interview.
The onsite interview consisted in an English assessment and an individual interview with a Manager and/or Team leader.
