After applying online, I received a friendly call from rental cars.com, asking me some general questions (filtering/qualifying) and inviting me for an 1:1 interview in the headquarters for the next day, after explaining me a little bit of the company. In the 1:1 interview, I was received by a pleasant concierge and after by a very kind recruiter that conducted the interview, and 6 days later I received a phone call congratulating me for being accepted and welcoming me to the company. Everyone was very nice and empathic, and seemed happy to perform their jobs. Great experience! Looking forward to start working with them.

The process was nice, professional but friendly. First stage after sending application was filling test online with scenarios and language test, later I had a short call with recruitment. After that, the next stage was an interview with managers that asked more questions and asked me to say something about myself, they also spoke about the company and answered any questions I may had.
