Received a phone call where my availability and all the legal stuff was confirmed, then was invited to group assessment. English and native language test, bit of chatting with the other participants and receuiters, short conversation in your native language, group activity, description of the role and individual interviews with group of 3 recruiters. Assessment took about 5 hours but it was also because I was the last for the interview. Atmosphere was friendly, very casual.

Very hasty, very basic. You are driven by the interviewer through the simulation of a customer's call.
Everything happened in around 4-5 days, through phone-screen interviews. I heard that some people were forced to go directly to the HQ were they applied.
You have the feeling that they basically hire everyone.

The online application took about an hour. There were scenarios you had to sort through, a typing test, things like that. Then there was a phone interview portion a few days later which took around 20 minutes. Finally there was an in person grammar test, tour, and interview of the offices.
