Entrevista
Really quick and casual interview. Simple questions. Nonsense language test that is written by someone that doesn't have a clue or is not a native speaker. Overall good experience with interview part. It went really fast like everything else with this company.Don't stress about the interview as this is something they do a lot and as long as you pass language test and can speak confidently you will go through the training.

Very hasty, very basic. You are driven by the interviewer through the simulation of a customer's call.
Everything happened in around 4-5 days, through phone-screen interviews. I heard that some people were forced to go directly to the HQ were they applied.
You have the feeling that they basically hire everyone.

The online application took about an hour. There were scenarios you had to sort through, a typing test, things like that. Then there was a phone interview portion a few days later which took around 20 minutes. Finally there was an in person grammar test, tour, and interview of the offices.
