Entrevista
I applied through the career section on the booking.com website. I waited over two months before I received an email asking if I would be available for a brief phone interview. After replying with the times that I am available (I do not have a set schedule so it was a little difficult) I then received an email letting me know my recruiter was not available at that time and that she would be available sometime a week and a half later. so I requested the day off for the interview. During the phone interview, she asked pretty easy questions (why I'm leaving my current job, why I want to work with booking, what my job duties include in my current job) then told me she would like to proceed with the next step: starting a profile with the staffing company (this position is a temp to hire position) and then I would receive an email with a time to meet for a face-to-face interview. Again that interview ended up being two weeks later, but after a tour of the call center, and a laid-back interview with easy questions, I was offered the position on-the-spot.

All the questions were very expected and reasonably easy to answer. Two of the most difficult to answer on the fly were : What do you like the most about your current position? (I would definitely tie it into something you would be doing here, but normal interview advice) and describe a time when you could NOT satisfy a customer, and what happened (again, I said I followed company policy meticulously)

Disrespectful interview process. After passing the language test online, I was invited to an interview. When the time for the interview came, the first thing that the recruiter told me was that the position had already been filled and they wouldn't be conducting an interview, but they would take my details down for future opportunities. I had spent a great deal of time preparing for the interview and it wouldn't have been difficult for them to send an email or voicemail to let me know in advance that the position had already been filled. I found it extremely disrespectful. There is no need to be so blasé about how you treat people. I don't think they stopped for one minute to think about the time investment I had made for that interview. If that is how they treat interviewees then I would be very wary of how they treat their employees.

What experience I have, where I live etc - they told me it wasn't a real interview since they had already hired who they wanted.
the interview process starts with a phone interview that lasts about 30 mins, informal to get to know you but make sure to make an impression, do your research on the company. then an in person panel interview + tour of the facility. they will also give you an assignment which you have to pass, and depending on what language you speak, an assignment to make sure you're fluent as well. whole process took a pretty long time, about a month.

The interview process started with a short phone call about 30 min in order to get to know about my interest in the position and I got an invitation for the onsite interview.
The onsite interview consisted in an English assessment and an individual interview with a Manager and/or Team leader.
