The HR contacted me via Linkedin.
They sent via e-mail a calendar invitation. I accepted it. When the interview day came they never called me. I followed them up to check what happened and without even apologizing they send me another invitation. I accepted it again. The interview day they never called me AGAIN.
I followed them up again and I NEVER received a reply.
Booking.com I thought you were professionals. I am very disappointed with this behavior. I will never apply again.

The recruiter clearly explained the interview process and next steps. She was very friendly and professional, making the conversation comfortable and easy to follow. Overall, it was a positive and well-structured interaction.

One of the questions they asked was how I handle collaboration with stakeholders and ensure research insights are understood and used in decision-making.
I was approached by HR. First there was an HR interview, and then as I proceeded I had an interview with the hiring manager where we went through a case study.
The process was very smooth. After an initial interview with the recruiter, I had the rest of the interviews with my future manager and lastly with some future colleagues. I was explained in every step what to expect in the next interview so I could prepare myself for it.
