Only one interview with a very nice chap. Over reading of the CV, discussing about sales experience and work philosophy. A few role-playing questions to estimate your potential as a reservations agent. They just want to get to know what character is behind your CV.
It was a 30-min interview. It wasn't impressive or stressing at all. Just be confident and relaxed.
