Online gesolliciteerd. Kreeg een telefonisch gesprek met Personeelszaken om achtergrond informatie te bespreken. Het tweede gesprek was met twee analisten, zij zijn door mijn CV gegaan en vroegen me om hun voorbeeld bedrijfsmodel te analyseren. Eindelijk kreeg ik een groepsgesprek op het kantoor, duurde meer dan 3 uur, waar ik moest meer technische vragen moest beantwoorden en sommige bedrijfsmodellen moest analyseren.

Al met al waren de vragen niet moeilijk of onverwacht, maar sollicitanten meoten laten zien dat ze oplossingsgericht zijn.
I did not apply and they approached me and invited me to an interview. I had the interview with HR and the position was very suitable for me. However, the recruiter was not reachable after the interview and have not heard back

the interview process is somewhat good and bad, with the manager stating and asking questions back and forth. so this feedback is quite,,, because ... right. ok i did ask about questions of the company
Met with recruitment on a phone call and was obvious they did not know what the role they were hiring for entailed. It was a was a waste of both of our times if they were looking for someone with specific skills. It should have also been more clear in the job description.
